1. Clamping force of 168 tons, 268 tons.
2. Shot weight from 56 grams to 358 grams.
3. Machine uses the modular design with two independent proportional flow and pressure control system controlling two independent injection units, enhances the repeatability and improves the quality of product.
4. Five-point toggle design enhances stability, speeds up clamping movement, improving productivity. And the fixed and moving platens are using the Finite Element Analysis design, fully enhances the mechanical accuracy and rigidity.
5. A rotary platen driven by imported servomotor with a hydraulic pin guarantees high precision and positional accuracy
6. Two independent injection units and ejectors allow manufacturing of high-value-added products.
7. When rotating, the rotary platen is physically isolated from contacting the moving platen, thus ensuring maximum safety for operators and moulds
